At AFC(SP) Kindergarten, we believe that what God reveals shapes everything. His Word is the foundation for how we understand life—how we make decisions, relate to others, pursue truth, and see our purpose in the world. Because of this, our early childhood program is intentionally grounded in a biblical worldview that places Jesus Christ at the centre of all learning.
We recognise that sin affects every part of life, including our minds and education. But by God’s grace, true knowledge and understanding begin with the fear of the Lord. And that will only happen when children (and all people for that matter) come to know that they are sinners, repent of their sin and rest upon Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour. Our desire is to create a nurturing environment where children are not only cared for and taught basic skills but are also guided to know and love the God who made them. Education, in this light, is not simply about academics—it is about forming the whole child in wisdom, wonder, and worship.
Our vision is to support parents and churches in raising a new generation of children who know Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour. We aim to help each child grow in their God-given abilities, understand God’s creation through the lens of Scripture, and learn to serve Jesus joyfully in every area of life—for His glory and the good of others.
We honour the God-given role of parents in the educational journey and seek to partner with families in love and respect. Teachers at AFC(SP) Kindergarten are entrusted by God to nurture, disciple, and guide the hearts and minds of children with humility and care, knowing they are ultimately accountable to Him.
We believe that the school community should reflect the love of Christ, walking together in hope and truth, empowered by the Holy Spirit. As we confess Jesus as King of kings and Lord of all, we joyfully commit ourselves to the sacred task of Christian education—preparing little hearts for a lifetime of faith and faithfulness.
We seek to learn Jesus, love Jesus, live Jesus, and lead people to Jesus. We seek to serve faithfully, longing for the day when Christ returns and finds us joyfully active in His work.
